"Everything was great, but the arrival instructions are not easy to follow comfortably."

Antique furniture. I suggest to the host to change the format of the instructions to be readable on a phone screen, in vertical orientation instead of landscape.

Location in the city centre

Very soft bed materrace, not really cleaned (hanging spiders webs, dirty dishes, flying insects). The shower bath in broken and water is leaking on the floor during the shower.
