DKit is located at the beach, but is still only a location 4 as you need to take a cap to the good restaurants.
I first booked an apartment for x.540 EUR for 9 days and asked if it was in the ground floor SM property said no, and guided me to book another apartment for x.686 EUR - so 146 EUR more (plus 50 EUR in bank fee). when we got there we got the first apartment, which was very disappointing for us as we have two small kids and wanted them to be able to run in and out of the apartment without using the stairs. I talked to SM properties and they offered a compensation of 75 EUR which did not cover the extra cost of booking the apartment I did not get. and also not compensate my for not having direct acces to the garden. this was the first time I did not get what I have booked, so reach out to booking.com to get support from them. After this SM properties indicated that we needed to move out if I did not tell Booking.com to back off. With two small kids I did as they told, but did not like being treated like that.
