"Jedynym plusem mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja."

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Rozbieżność między oceną a stanem faktycznym mieszkania- zaniedbany sprzęt np. przypalony czajnik, słuchawka prysznicowa do wymiany, kosz na śmieci w łazience ubrudzony, w pojemnikach na szczotki do zębów ślady po poprzednich lokatorach, ogólnie bardzo dużo zabrudzeń. Bardzo niewygodne łóżko, czuć każdą sprężynę. Ze względu na to opuściłam lokal dzień wcześniej niż planowałam.

It was cosy and clean... the very hot water in the bathroom was something we all looked forward to..it had all the kitchen facilities needed.. location was great

"Bardzo polecam ten apartament."

Przestronne, czyste , jasne mieszkanie, w cichej okolicy. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Do metra -kilka minut. Wszystkie sklepy, restauracje, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. W pobliżu Galeria Elektrociepłownia Powiśle. Dla miłośników Chopina, bliziutko do muzeum Chopina w Palacu Ostrogskich. Cicho, spokojnie, można naprawdę odpocząć-będąc w centrum miasta. Blisko do Starówki, można pieszo, można podjechać metrem, jedną stację. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu.

Trochę niewygodne poduszki.

Ottima struttura situata in zona ben servita, nelle vicinanze metro bus supermercati un centro commerciale con street food di ogni tipo,la casa è confortevole e non manca nulla: lavatrice phono fornetto tostapane macchina del caffè stoviglie varie ecc. Ho soggiornato cinque notti con mia moglie e le nostre due ragazze a dicembre,che dire la consiglio sicuramente
