"Apartament" to w dzisiejszych czasach mocno wyświechtane slowo. Co mogę powiedzieć o tym mieszkaniu, wszystko zle. Jedynie łóżka sa ok. W łazience prysznic z wanną bez kotary wiec jak bierzesz prysznic to pół łazienki zalane. Ślady po zadaniach mocno biją po oczach. Szafki, okna, piekarnik brudny tak mocno ze jak chcialem odgrzać jedzenie to zrezygnowałem i poszedłem na kebab :) mieszkanie jest fajne ale niestety zarządca tego przybytku nie potrafi egzekwować od pracowników sumienność... podłoga w mieszkaniu jest tak brudna ze skarpetki ktore mialem na wyjazd zostały w koszu. Dramat!

I'd like to leave a review of our stay in this apartment. Most importantly, the instructions for using the codes and chips to enter the apartment are incorrect and inaccurate. So be prepared to spend time near the entrance waiting for your neighbors. Responses to your questions on Booking.com will be sent by a chatbot, which is completely off-topic and takes a long time. The room smells unpleasant. The furniture is "very tired" and broken in places. There are fewer dishes than necessary. Cleaning was likely not done before our arrival. The iron has a burnt base. The ironing board is unusable. The freezer is covered in ice and snow, with stains of unknown origin.

Хочу залишити відгук про наше перебування у цій квартирі. Найголовніше: інструкція з використання кодів та чіпів для входу в квартиру складена некоректно і не відповідає дійсності. Тож готуйтеся проводити час біля входу в очікуванні сусідів. Відповіді на запитання в букінгу вам надсилатиме чат бот, зовсім не потрапляючи в тему розмови і довго. Запах у приміщенні неприємний. Меблі місцями «дуже втомлена» і зламана. Посуд менший за мінімум. Прибирання, швидше за все, проводилося не перед нашим приїздом. Праска зі згорілою платформою. Прасувальною дошкою користуватися неможливо. Морозилка вся у льоду та снігу та з плямами незрозумілого походження.

The apartment was clean and the location was convenient.

The apartment itself is very basic and poorly equipped (not enough kitchenware, minimal amenities). The main issue, however, was the host’s behavior. We informed them in advance about an early check-out and were clearly told that if the night of March 26–27 is re-booked, a refund would be arranged. After the apartment was left clean and ready for new guests, the host completely stopped responding and ignored all messages — including attempts from Booking.com. This level of communication is unacceptable. The host did not follow through on what was discussed and made no effort to resolve the situation. Very poor communication and lack of responsibility.
