Удобное расположение в пешей доступности вокзал Заходний. Комфортабельный и современный жилой комплекс. Уютные апартаменты с изолированной спальней и гостиной. В апартаментах было все необходимое включая кофемашину, наполненную зернами.

Все впечатление испортила скрипучая кровать. Спать было невозможно. От любого движения матрас ужасно громко скрипит. Спать вдвоем невыносимо. Изрядно потрепанный вид апартаментов, требует ремонта. Отсутствие полки, рассохшаяся тумба по раковиной, сломанные часы говорят о отсутствии ухода.

"Mieszkanie nadaje się do remontu, nie polecam!"

Lokalizacja lokalu.

1. Brudna i poplamiona kanapa. 2. Brudne ściany. 3. Brudne firany i zasłony, które są oberwane z karniszy. 4. Dziury w ścianie w przedpokoju. 5. NIEDZIAŁAJĄCY pilot od garażu przez co ciężko było skorzystać z miejsca parkingowego (korzystałem z uprzejmości innych ludzi - właścicielka nie zrobiła z tym nic "coś ściemniała przez telefon" - problem w komentarzach pojawia się od 2025 r. 6. Smród z odpływu w kuchni i łazience i ze zmywarki. 7. Przetarte meble (jakby ktoś z pilnikiem eksperymentował).

Pilot do garażu podziemnego nie działał, musiałem zostawić samochód na miejskim, płatnym parkingu. Nie można było się skontaktować z właścicielem. W łazience rozpadająca się szafka.

Dobra lokalizacja. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie na kod.

Utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem, osoba wskazana do kontaktu w zastępstwie nie odbierała telefonu. Telewizja nie działała.
