The sofa, which was supposed to serve as an extra bed, was broken and unusable for three days. No one fixed it, and it was impossible to sleep on. All contact with the apartment was useless — there was no way to reach any representative. Chat replies came hours later and were completely ineffective. There was no air conditioning, and in the summer heat, especially on the ground floor, the apartment was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Towels were badly damaged. Check-in was delayed beyond the stated time, despite repeated attempts to reach the property. It’s also very disappointing that Booking did not enough to help resolve the situation. Всі контакти з апартаментами не дієві, звʼязатися з представниками компанії неможливо. На запити в чаті відповідають через кілька годин і абсолютно не ефективно. Кондиціонер у апартаментах відсутній і у літній час там дуже гаряче і парко через перший поверх. Рушники були з значними пошкодженнями, заселення відбулося пізніше зазначено часу після численних спроб звʼязатися з помешканням. Також дуже неприємно що Booking зі своєї сторони на ситуацію ніяк не вплинув.

The apartment suited us well in terms of both location and conditions. We were especially pleased to find a coffee machine with coffee beans provided — a lovely touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

However, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the blanket on the double bed was too small for two people, which was a bit uncomfortable. it was a bit tricky to get the keys and figure out how to enter the residential complex.

Everything was fine, very close to Station 🚉, and shops, Clean and worm 🙂

The underground parking lot with a reserved space for guests was a major convenience. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils, pots, an oven, fridge and coffee machine was perfect for cooking meals. Additionally, the apartment was spacious, providing enough room to relax.

The self-check-in instructions in English were a bit confusing and not entirely accurate, which could be improved for a smoother arrival experience.

The apartments are located in a new residential complex, a closed area, a quiet place. Bus stop across the street. The apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay
