"Like it overall with some small flaw"

Like the apartment decoration and cleanliness. Great facilities. Helpful in teach how to use their facility. Ada restoran open 24/7 nearby, mini market and convenience store.

Lack of communication before checking-in. Need to contact first then we received the manual. Need maintenance on the kitchen gadget, socket and remote. We need to reserve before using certain facility by property.

The house is clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable stay and we slept like babies. There are a lot of facilities available on the 7th floor including launderette, shop, swimming pool, gym, badminton court, sauna, and a small restaurant. The location is good, walkable to eateries and shops but for more options, its advisable to drive instead.

Location of the homestay

Process checking in was very tedious. Finding mailbox, parking lot, access to the lift was so confusing. Can find cockroaches is the house. Only 1 access card per house feels so resricted

Pleasant stay,comfortable and clean.

Only 1 parking provided.Another car had to park at the roadside which is quite far.Security deposit is high compare to the price of homestay.

"The worse is the keys lockers. It's situated on the ground floor but hidden. It takes ages to find"

The premisevis clean

Guests have yo pay RM300 for the deposit, before check-in. The amount which is a bit too high that wld the guesrts think twice to come again But, somehow, it is refunded the same day after everything is in order
