Jackie’s 3 bedroomed secure beach front apartment Strand Golden Mile

The property is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the location is excellent for beach access. The bathrooms are modern and clean. New appliances (fridge and microwave). The host communicated frequently and arranged key exchange to suit us. The host also kindly accommodated our request for late check-out and was responsive when I raised the issue of a lingering drain smell. Secure parking it great.

The kitchen layout was a bit cluttered: the fridge blocks the kitchen entrance when open - only an inconvenience when there are many people in and out the kitchen. The invertor, while very much appreciated for dealing with load-shedding is installed in the dining room and is a little noisy. It also generates heat, making the space a little stuffy in summer.

Location was amazing, the property was beautiful, clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating, firstly they accepted our very last minute booking and making sure someone came to hand over keys after 7pm. they were also very accepting of us extending our stay! Will definitely book again when our group goes down again! Amazing experience.

The place was very spacious . The beds were very comfortable and the place was neat and tidy. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a big fridge freezer and TV . WiFi worked well and overall a nice place to stay.

Nice location. Enough space and have backup power for load-shedding.

On arrival the second bathrooms drain had such a vulgar smell, that we booked out and got us alternative accommodation the next day. Further more the owner then responded that they do not smell anything. Bad experience.
