Very clean and everything we needed

Particularly liked the friendly welcome and detailed 'walk round' the apartment on arrival. All information was provided and all relevant equipment pamphlets were readily available, as were the hosts (if required). The location is perfect for access to the beach, harbour and town. Parking was convenient using the parking permit purchased from the hosts on arrival. Apartment was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the alert from John about the high probability of seeing the Aurora Borealis one of the nights we were there (and the best time and place to see it!)

The property was at a lovely location and was nice and clean. The owners were very very nice and friendly.

The matters on the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Jools and John were very friendly and helpful . We were shown around the apartment and told where everything was. Breakfast at their b& b was excellent, would certainly recommend it to anyone staying at the apartment. The location was ideal for getting into Whitby, only a short walk. Being able to get a parking permit from them made things very easy.
