Die Lage war toll, Nähe am Hafen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Die Fahrräder können im Hausflur geparkt werden.

Das Appartement hatte ein Fenster zur Straße, die Betten standen direkt daneben. Dadurch war es etwas laut (trotz Schallschutzvorhänge), für erholsamen Schlaf ungünstig. Der "Gartenblick" war nur durch das Badfenster gegeben, aber dies ist verständlicherweise blickdicht. Die Sitzgruppe im Garten war unbrauchbar: nur 1 Stuhl und sehr eng.

Sehr steile Treppe zum Schlafraum, kein Tiefkühlfach, keine Mikrowelle, Terrasse mit Kopfsteinpflaster, holpriger Innenhofweg nicht beleuchtet, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im ansonsten geräumigen und schmucken Bad

"Würde die Ferienwohnung jedem empfehlen. Urlaub in Wismar - ein absolutes Muss."

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, Marktplatz, Alter Hafen, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. sind auf kurzen Wegen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht in ca. 200 Meter Entfernung zur Verfügung.

Beim Fernseher standen nicht alle Sender (ARD) zur Verfügung.
