Großzügige Fewo mit Blick auf den Dom

Die Wohnung ist mit einem Wort: super. Sie ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, um zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen. Der wunderschöne Kurpark, die Kriemhildmühle, das Gradierwerk usw. sind ganz in der Nähe. Auch der wirklich sehr gut gemachte Archäologische Park ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat auch sehr gefallen, dass zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört. Unser Wunsch nach einer zweiten Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer wurde freundlich erfüllt. Xanten ist eine Reise wert und in dieser Wohnung sollte sich jede(r) sofort wohl fühlen.

Terasse 1Geschoss tiefer

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Viele kleine Nettigkeiten runden das ganze ab. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da gab es nichts zu meckern.

Die Vermieter sind mehr als hilfsbereit! Der Bahnhof Xanten wird momentan aufgrund von technischen Störungen nicht immer angefahren! Sie haben uns dann zum nächsten Bahnhof gefahren, was wirklich unsere Rettung war! Mit Kind eine etwas ungewisse Rückreise anzutreten ist nicht gerade einfach.... von Herzen vielen vielen Dank!

Spacious and well decorated apartment in a fantastic location

The tiled floor was cold (this time of the year). It was a bit difficult to locate the car parking.

Great location and comfortable bed. Quiet.

Exceptionally clean, with very good fixtures and fittings. Spacious and homely. Very comfortable bed. WiFi excellent. Good location for the town and cycling out to the lakes. Finding a plentiful supply of tourist information leaflets was very useful. Having good roller blinds for blackout at night. We really enjoyed being in the apartment, in spite of the downsides mentioned.

Parking difficulties. It just needed more walking than we had expected. Not being greeted by the owner, who lived downstairs. A key safe was provided. Finding the apartment was on the first floor, with no outdoor access. A photograph seemed to imply the kitchen doors opened onto a terrace. In fact in reality they didn't, were locked and partially covered in plastic film. So I was rather disappointed.

Very clean 1-bedroom appartement + comfortable sofa (bed) with all modern conveniences in close proximity to Xanten town centre.

There is no dedicated car parking on / with the property. There is a car park right at the back of the property but that you have to pay for that between 09.00 - 18.00 Mon to Sat. From midday on Sun.
