Irresistible Studio in the Heart of Xanthi

The house is renovated, very clear and tidy! Had all what we needed. Best option for couple, but if you have a child, then either will sleep with you or you open the sofa bed. The house is very close to the centre, everything in walking distance!!

It is the perfect 10 for the: host, cleanliness, comfort, bed, equipment, area, balcony, everything! Wish all rent apartments, in which we stay, been like this place. Great thanks to the owner!

The location is excellent, very close to the city centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The host is very welcoming and explained us all details. The property is very well-equipped with all necessary. The cleanliness is impeccable which is hard to meet nowadays. The balcony is also very spacious.

The owner welcomed us very nicely. It was one of the best accomadition I've ever stayed, everything was new and clean as expected a 5 stars hotel.
