Brand new

Didn’t understand how the Thermostat worked so could not adjust the heating. The info may have been in the welcome folder but it need to be by the point of action.

Seamless entry and so comforting knowing the code was specific to me and not anyone else.

Nothing really. Host was really accommodating and responsive and the flat was perfect.

"Beautiful apartment, lovely facilities but the bed was broken"

Very well equipped and modern

The bed was awful, I don’t know If the bed is broken but we couldn’t sleep together as it sunk to the middle even when I lay near the edge I rolled into the middle
