Host offered a late checkout for 11AM which was nice to extend our stay.

The code stopped working from 10AM (which was our initial check out time) but this didn't seem to be updated when we requested a late checkout.

Didn't receive the pdf with check in details despite following up before we left so we were initially stranded outside the property. Bed wasn't firm enough so we rolled into the middle.
