Пральна машинка давно не обслуговувалась. Контейнер для засобів для прання зі слідами плісняви. Попередні мешканці, очевидно, були з котиком. Про це свідчила шерсть на дивані і відповідний неприємний запах.

"Adequate value for money"

The apartment was clean. There were enough kitchenwares. Smoking balcony.

Air conditioner was only in the living room, but not in the bedroom. Unable to open windows, because insects fly inside immediately. In takes a long time to wait for the building elevator. Hard to find parking in the area.
