Βρισκεται πολυ κοντα στο ιστορικο κεντρο. Διαθετει φυλασσομενο parking και σε πολυ κοντινη αποσταση πληθωρα εστιατοριων, καφε & καταστηματων.

Η μετατροπη επαγγελματικου χωρου σε χωρο διαμονης θα επρεπε να ειναι πιο σωστα μελετημενη. Το μπανιο στερειται φυσικου αερισμου, με αποτελεσμα να μυριζει ασχημα η αποχετευση. Τα σεντονια ηταν ασιδερωτα & οι πετσετες χρειαζονται ανανεωση, εχουν χρησιμοποιηθει πολυ.
