St. Mark's Boutique Apartment Zagreb

Excellent location, close to everything by foot. One of the best equipped apartments we have ever been to. We've had an issue with unclean floor, but Mihaela immediately came and took care of it. I can highly recommend the service, she was there if anything was needed.

The apartment has thick walls (old city center) and if you want to be reachable on a mobile phone, the phone has to be near the window. Also, talking to someone on the phone, you need to be near the window or the signal gets lost. The workaround is talking via Internet (WhatsApp, Viber, FaceTime, ...)

Very helpful host - giving plenty of practical advice and tries hard to even accommodate individual special requests. Apartment is renovated and equipped with everything needed. Great location near major sights (though be aware it's a rather steep climb from the central square and a few steps of stairs even though the apartment is on ground floor - so with a children's buggy or similar you need to do carry it inside.)

The bathroom is damp and almost impossible to ventilate, so it seems hard to impossible prevent mold. Windows opening to the streets are often closed by wind or pedestrians passing by. (AC in "dry" mode was the best bet to take the humidity.)

Great place, really nice host. Great value for money, great location. All in all, really happy.

Mattress of sofa bed in kitchen needs to be changed as it is very uncomfortable

Excellent location very close to city centre and parking (5 mn walk), quiet, very good communication from the host, who sent us an exhaustive list of recommendations of things to do, eat, see, etc... in Zagreb, plus tips for the parking (you need to announce upfront if you stay many days, to enjoy the daily rate and not be charged by the hour). The building was very nice and authentic. We loved the city.

A neighbour left their trash in front of the flat door 🤐 Otherwise not really anything negative to say...

Perfect central location, modern high-end finish.. Quality furnishing and facilities, kitchen has everything, coffee machine and pods, basics present, bathroom spacious and modern, WiFi and TV's amazing

Walking barefoot on floor made our feet black, had to wash feet before getting into beautiful white bedding

The location and apartment is great, is perfectly located in the heart of Zagreb close to all attractions. The hospitality of the host is great
