I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The host’s communication went completely silent once I arrived—had to call him just to get the keys. After that, no reply from him at all. The biggest issue, though, was cleanliness. The bathroom was disgusting. The tiles around the shower weren’t cleaned properly, with hair stuck to them, and the floor around the edges was filthy. It was obvious that they only clean the main areas and completely neglect the less visible spots. The worst part was the ventilation above the sink—it was completely covered in black dust. If these things were visible, I can only imagine how poorly the hidden areas are maintained. Not worth the price until they sort out the cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they address these issues.

Location

Towels had bad smell Matress very Uncomfortable Delayed responses from the owner. Very poor facilities (no shampoo, no coffee machine, no hairdryer,etc) Unfortunately I forgot a gift inside the fridge (new and unopened) as soon as I realized I contacted the owner asking if my friend can pick it up:, the answer was “I can keep, and I can use what is over left, sorry”

Very cozy and nice place. Good location. Close to public transport, one stop distance to the Technical museum. Close to supermarkets and bakeries.

There was no mop in the bathroom to gather the shower water. It goes under the washing mashine as the sink on the floor is a bit high.

Staff, location, overall comfort

No heating, it was petty cold

The location is good. The self check in/out are simple.

Heating is done through the AC, which is old and noisy and might disturb you if you want to have heat through the night.

I found the room to be comfortable in a walkable location to trams and lower town. Boris was very helpful.

Friendly and helpful host. Location. Apartment with really everything you need.

Bed too soft.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it takes less than 30 minutes to get to the center of the city with the public transport. It’s good for 2-3 days in the city. The host is also very responsive and friendly and gives good instructions!

Very cozy and comfortable apartment not too far from the city center,. The owner was very friendly and fast bringing our keys. He also gave us a lot of suggestions in what to explore in Zagreb. There were a lot of maps in the apartment. We enjoyed Zagreb very much (the city center) and mostly Maksimir Park. We plan to return one day There are a lot of transports nearby and their cheap (0,80 cents) so you can basically go wherever you prefer. There were good places to eat nearby , like for example "Submarine Burgers".
