Boris was a great host! Super friendly and approachable, had some local tips and was ready to answer questions anytime. The apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay. Great to have A/C and a washing machine.

The building, and unfortunately the apartment to a lesser degree, smelt of smoke. Boris obviously does his best to keep it under control with an air purifier, but for those travelling with young children it might not be the best bet if smoking bothers you. There was an ashtray on the windowsill which seemed to me like people were allowed to smoke inside. Also, we found a few pubic hairs in the bed/bathroom and the sheet was quite worn.

Communication with the host was easy, and they were kind enough to let us in early. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped (including the slippers, umbrella, hair drier, shampoo etc.). There was a hint of a smokey smell in the apartment, but I got the feeling that it was in the whole building/floor; however, our clothes did not smell of it later as some previous reviewers mentioned. The location was quiet, bed was comfortable although slightly on the soft side and the location was good, with easy parking nearby. All in all, a good value for the money.

Perhaps the flat could use some freshening (new hair drier, kettle? the AC was a bit slow to heat the flat?), and an extra blanket and pillows would be appreciated; However, nothing deal-breaking.

A cosy, clean and quiet place, a very nice host. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was very easy to agree about arrival; he picked up us at the airport in the midst of the night and was very friendly and helpful with our stay.

There was no any negative point about this arrangement.
