El patio es comunitario y puede acceder cualquier vecino, por lo que no hay privacidad en la terraza.

We were so amazed how cozy and warm apartment was that we decided to stay one more night. With owner like Darko it was easy to negotiate and we resolved everything in less than 5 minutes. We will always remember this lovely place and would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone. 😊

"Cozy stay ideal for longer stays in Zagreb"

This property has absolutely everything you could need for a short or a longer stay. All the amenities and appliances, everything is fully equipped and would be ideal for someone working remotely or similar. Considering that is in the wider downtown area, parking was not an issue, we found it even on a Friday night. Tram stops are a few minutes from the apartment and centar is 20ish minutes by foot.

This isn’t directly connected to the property, but it is really noisy. There are construction sites around, concerts and parties over the weekend, you could hear neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind.
