Parkview apartment in Zagreb's favorite neighborhood

Beautiful apartment, very nicely furnished.

Nice interior design and nice view from the terrace

It was very hard to reach out to the host, we called and wrote on WhatsApp without an answer. Finally the host answered and gave us the code to enter the apartment. The terrace is very different, compared with the photos, also there was a lot of dust on the terrace and also inside the apartment. In the pictures, in front of the house there are two parking places, but there were site works instead and the host did not tell us about that.

The apartment was in a good location. There were some toys for my 5 year old. Easy lock safe key box

It was not very clean. There was a mezzanine with floating stairs that had no bannister, not great for kids. At the top of the mezzanine there was a very flimsy makeshift barrier that would not stop any child from falling! It is advertised as 2 single beds in one room but they are toddler/ very young child sized beds. My daughter who is 14 had to sleep on the sofa as she didn't fit in the bed We are a family of 5. Mum, dad, 17 year old boy, 14 year old girl and 5 year old boy. Mum and dad had 1 double, 5 year old in one toddler bed. 1 toddler bed lay empty. My 17 year old son had 1 double and my daughter needed to sleep on the couch. .I had to block the hallway off with my son's car seat and suitcases incase he got up through the night and went to go up the floating stairs to the mezzanine in a sleep daze. There was only 1 set of keys for the apartment. There was no tourist information in the apartment. The owners communication wasn't great. No air conditioning unit at all and it was 35 degree's when we were there. My son's bed had a single duvet doubled up inside the cover...it was a heatwave! I took it out to allow him just the sheet and the duvet was all stained and horrible. We wouldn't return, in fact, we left a night earlier than planned.

The apartment was very hot. There was one air conditioner on top floor, one ceiling fan in a bedroom, and one extra fan. It wasn't enough to keep cool.

they had a room full of toys for the kids. the attic bed room was phenomenal.

I really liked the property. the only thing the owner can add to further elevate his premises is perhaps to install a washing mashing.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment, Nice balcony with great view. Apartment is located near very beautiful park in quiet neighborhood. It is close enough to the city center. I highly recommend this apartment for families with kids as they have a tons of toys :)

Some spots that are not visible at first sight, could be more clean.
