The room had everything required: fridge, kitchen utensils, electric kettle, toast maker, chairs, pilows, a lot of towels, a bathroom, hair dryer, plenty of sockets, a big mirror, AC and a window (though the view was not super nice). There were locks on the door too. The owner was very responsive to messages. The area though not city center is 5 minutes walking from it. It is a safe and calm area. There is a supermarket nearby as well as a good restaurant with cheap prices.

Payment with cash only. I hate to have to carry cash with me. The building needs some maintenance such as the outside garden as well as stairs outside. The room was overall clean but could be cleaner, for example, vacuuming the corners, the carpet and the chairs to avoid insects. The wall could benefit from a painting.

Gostei da cidade, do passeio ao parque nacional dos lagos. É fácil se locomover pela cidade. Tem um belo jardim botânico, o museu do Tesla, com demonstração as 15:00 hs.

Do cheiro forte de cigarro do Studio, quase insuportável pra quem, como eu tem alergia a fumo. E também do barulho da rua, pois tínhamos que deixar a janela entreaberta pra ventilar.

It has private bathroom.

The bathroom has smell but after a while it becomes better.

great location, very neatly done room. Kitchen had all tools needed, even more than apartments usually have. Really appreciate the host leaving toiletries such as tampons and razors.

Shower head needs fixing
