GBFriendly, responsive host. Nice clean room, comfy bed, effective aircon, blackout blinds in bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent location (~5 minutes from trams and central bus station). In quiet neighbourhood.
Not too much of a problem for me, but would not suit a tall person due to low beams and sloped ceiling.

If there were a shower instead of a bathtub, it would be perfect. But it’s because of the old building architecture structure, it’s hard to install a shower in the attic room.
