The shared stairway was a little rundown, but it's not part of the apartment, and it makes the serenity of the apartment all the better

Très bon style avec du caractère et décor sympa. Balcon donnant sur un espace vert. Très bien aménagé. Emplacement excellent pour explorer la ville à pied. Très lumineux.

Seule chose à remarquer c'est la grande chambre coupée un deux par un rideau.

Clean, spacy, beds are large, appt looks new & nice, owner responsive to questions, some chocolates & local licor in appt on arrival. Close to the center. Safe neighborhood. Perfect for a stay in Zagreb,

Building looks nice from outside, appt too, but when you enter the building and walk up to appt to 2nd floor it throws you off a bit: the hallway looks not maintained, spider webs, cracks in the walls. All is well when you enter the appt though. Parking is cheap and in same street, once when you find out how the parking system works: it would help if the owner explains in advance how to do that, because I needed the help of a parking police to obtain a day ticket through the parking apparatus. This is how: on parking meter set language to your preference, select day permit, enter license plate number, use credit card to pay and use the slit to stick it in the parking meter (don’t use contactless pay, didn’t work)

Great location, very clean, good coffee, fresh towels and washing machine was great.

The apartment is ideal for a family with 3 children. It has everything you need. Silence and peace in the city center. great place close to everything.
