Great apartment, great location and great host! 🙂

Title: Terrible living conditions, not recommended My experience staying in this apartment was extremely disappointing. Below are the main issues I encountered: 1. Horrible bathroom condition. The photos in the listing looked decent, but in reality, the bathtub was covered in mold and dirt. It’s clear that the place is poorly maintained (see photo). 2. Unsafe conditions. Exposed wires were hanging from the ceiling, posing a serious safety hazard. It’s unclear how such a property can be rented out without addressing this issue (see photo). 3. Unpleasant smell and lack of cleanliness. The entire apartment smelled like a wet dog, and it was far from clean. It felt as though no proper cleaning had been done before my arrival. 4. Does not match expectations. The apartment’s description on the website is misleading, and the amenities provided are in unacceptable condition. Staying here was a huge disappointment. I recommend the platform’s management reconsider this listing, as it fails to meet basic standards. Future guests should avoid this property if they don’t want their trip ruined.

Well situated place, our host was very friendly.

The aquarium was empty and dirty, which killed the vibe. Furthermore, there was a musty smell, an unpainted wall with a sign saying under repair or something.

The availability and friendliness of Ivor, the host. Check-in procedure was well explained, Ivor gave us extra kitchen equipment needed during the staying and he always was ready to help. Even at the end of the staying he supported us greatly with an issue happened. A plus is also the parking.

The basics were there and the apartment corresponded to the description on Booking. Nevertheless some equipment was missing (in the kitchen and in the bathroom) and some piece of furniture may need a renovation. With these improvements the staying would have been definitely more comfortable.

It's spacious. Comfortable beds. Parking place in front of the house. Very friendly and responsive host. Good communication with the transport.

Some elements of the apartment needs some refreshment.
