L’appartement est très bien situé, sur la rue piétonne et près de tout! C’est une très jolie décoration. Il ne faut vraiment pas se fier à ce que l’on voit des escaliers pour monter! les escaliers du couloir sont sale mes dès que l’on arrive à la porte de l’appartement c’est très joli! L’appartement est au deuxième étage et non au premier. Puisque nous avons dormi les fenêtres fermées le bruit ne nous a pas déranger. Par contre, le seul bémol est qu’il faudrait passer un coup de plumeau au plafond de la salle de bain! Il y avait des fils de poussière. Le reste était très propre

Muy buena ubicación. En pleno centro. Muchos bares y restaurantes cerca. El departamento es muy lindo, como y limpio. La habitación muy amplia. El anfitrión respondió todas nuestras dudas

El edificio es muy viejo pero el departamento renovado. Se escucha ruido por la noche por los bares. No te proveen ningún artículo de baño (shampoo, amcondicionador) ni de cocina (aceite, sal, azúcar, te, cafe). La tostadora no funcionaba.

The apartment is beautiful, quiet, clean and well equipped. The water pressure is great. The location is amazing, you go out and are already in the center where all bars and restaurants are.

It is important to note that there is no parking around (pedestrian only) and so if you come by car, you will have to leave your car in one of the garage (10-15 minutes walk from the apartment). What I recommend If you are by car with a lot of luggage like it was our case and yo want to avoid so many stairs in the city, is to come as close as the hotel Acadamia for few minutes with your vehicle so that some person of your group can walk on the flat street with the luggage to the apartment while you leave to park the car. (We did not use it but it seems there is also a garage at academia hotel.)

great location and cleanliness

Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and overall condition was as shown in the photos. The location is in the middle of a street with many bars, but the apartment is facing the other way so you have privacy and the noise isn't an issue (not complete silence, of course, but considering it's practically right in the city centre it's great).

Just some nitpicks, but having some coffee and tea in the place would be nice for when you arrive after the stores are closed, on a holiday etc. Also, considering you have a stove, dishes and cutlery, a pack of salt would go a long way :)

Excellent location

Beautifully decorated, centrally located, spotlessly clean and a lovely little balcony to have an early morning breakfast, listening to the church bells and birdsong. Would 100% recommend.

Small thing really, just the entrance to the property could do with an update. And just something to be aware of , the street is pedestrianised (which is fabulous) but just be aware if you have lots of luggage.
