Apartment Ferk

Location was perfect. Ferk was a gentleman. Property very clean.

If you don't want to climb stairs maybe not for you. However not an issue for us.

The landlord received me when I informed him of my arrival time. He was kind to allow check in around 1130hr. He was nice to explain the room to me, with limited English and hand gestures. This elderly couple stayed at the ground floor while the guestroom was on the first floor. The attic room has a cozy and homely decoration. It is spacious and clean, and the bed is comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout and collect it in the afternoon for my flight home. Overall, a pleasant 1 night stay.

The shower area is rather cramped, even though I am off small built.

Location is excellent. Very kind and helpful caretakers- made us feel very welcome. We arrived to find a problem with the geyser- it was sorted out and fixed immediately. Squeaky clean room, nice little kitchen.

It would be perfect if there could be parking arranged on the premises. We really battled to find parking and ended up paying a lot for parking close enough to walk with our special needs son.

Very central location, even if the area feels slightly dodgy. Secure and clean, with a little kitchen allowing you to self cater.

It is advertised as an apartment but in reality it is little more than a large lockable bedsit upstairs in someone's house. The host did not speak any English, only German. He was quite prescriptive, telling me to turn off the air con at 10pm and open the window instead! Not great service when you are paying over £50 per night for a room.

Great location, easy to get in and out and no curfew, spacious room and bathroom

The apartment was in the most amazing location, only 5 min walk from the main city square. The owners live on site and take much pride in the apartment, with lots of lovely homey touches. They were very nice to deal with and were very welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed.

Very friendly couple, nice place. Really feels like you’re staying in someone’s home instead of one of 100 rooms in a hotel!
