Apartmani Nighty Night

The property is at walking distance from the main bus station which was very convenient for us. The owner was nice. He even offered to keep our luggages safe after check out since we had a tour and no where to store our luggage. The room was good with a well equipped kitchen and all basic facilities. Highly recommended.

Location is great and it's easy to find. Srecko is very kind and interesting host. Property has everything that guest may need.

The Location

The Owner was responsive and trying to be helpful but it had some intent with hiding the fact as when you take a shower hot water isn't available after 10min of showering due to the tank has only 80L of heated water and takes hours to be warm again. He told us that after almost 2 days when we let him know there is not any hot water again the second time after he supposedly check it out on the first day. We were taking a trip for a whole day out of Zagreb and we really needed the hot warm shower after a long day but he offered us on first day to take shower in some other place/bathroom which was unpleasant for my girlfriend to do so. Not mentioning as well dirty couch with some stains, a lot of dust and towels were very hard being probably washed a 1000 times over and over again. We were pretty disappointed with the owner not being transparent and telling us some facts as a water usage being max at 10 minutes and so on. On the booking site it is written there will be amenities as shower gel and hair dryer but shower gel was like used from someone god knows from whom and hair dryer has not been functioning properly as if you used it on max setting it overheated and switch off. The place gave us the creeps too the second night my girlfriend heard the sound which I heard too and we are most positive someone tried to enter into our place. After I wrote him that we ask for compensation or refund at least one night because of showering with cold water for 2 days straight and no amenities he just wrote in Croatian language "the Boiler/heating box has capacity for 80l of hot water" and that was it. Definitely not worth 120€ for two nights and we are gonna ask for a whole refund as we find this type of situation really uncomfortable to have experienced in a capital city of Croatia.

Sehr günstige, saubere, ruhige, komfortable, Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, im wunderschönen Zagreb, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof. Die bezaubernde Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, beantwortet Anfragen sehr schnell. Ich empfehle allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft sehr und würde in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.
