The location is extraordinary. The host was very hospitable and assisting. We had self-check in and everything was smooth. If you are looking to be close to the bars, restaurants and the main square, look no further. Thank you!

Het appartement is heel mooi ingericht en bevindt zich in de mooiste straat van Zagreb.

De doucheafvoer was verstopt, met gevaar voor overstroming.

Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά στο σπίτι επειδή είναι ισόγειο και δεν αερίζεται καλά!!

Die zentrale Lage mitten im Zagreb, sowie die Ausstattung waren sehr gut

Wenn kein Fenster offen ist, hat man die Feuchtigkeit im Raum sehr stark gerochen und gemerkt.

Muchisima humedad

The place is nicely decorated, that’s unfortunately the only positive thing I can say about it. The bathroom, as many others have mentioned, smells like sewage. The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied either, it was full of tampons from the previous guest. After just five minutes of showering, the water turns completely cold. We never saw the host. Upon arrival, we messaged  via WhatsApp to ask if the towels would be replaced, as we only found four and were staying for three nights. The host replied that it’s not a hotel and that we should sort it out ourselves even though the listing on Booking states that towels are provided. The same issue came up with the toilet paper: only two rolls for a three-day stay. There was zero willingness to help or think along with us. And I haven’t even mentioned the bed yet both sides had deep dips in them, making us sink in and wake up constantly during the night with back pain. We slept terribly. The beds desperately need replacing. The couch was also very dirty, with lots of stains not exactly hygienic. We didn’t even dare sit on it. It’s in a great location, but the downsides far outweigh that. I would not recommend this apartment.
