Great location in Zagreb. Very nice apartment. Well equipped.

Parking was offered ahead of our visit but when I tried to confirm that we could park there for the last night during our visit the host was silent.

The flat is lovely, clean and quiet. The facilities are great, but you need to find them - the cutlery is in the drawer in the table, other kitchen equipment is in the dresser beneath the plates and glasses, for example.

The shower will flood the bathroom due to the bad design of the drain, so you'll need to block it with the bath mat. While there is an oven, it is disconnected,so you can only use the conduction hob. There is no kettle, only a capsule coffee machine (but no capsules) and a hobtop Turkish coffee pot.

The location is great, it’s really in the city centre

We had the check-in with a woman who didn’t speak a single word of English, communication was though since it was written there was parking available, but they meant the public one in the street. The woman who doesn’t speak English told us that above us (the architecture of this place is not really clear neither now) was empty, instead we started feeling noises and people speaking during the night. We didn’t feel really relaxed I must say.

No communication. The property is a scam. Beware.

Great location to city centre. The apartment is super cozy! Bed was so comfortable. Washing machine in the kitchen too.

Check in and out process was complicated and not well communicated. Staff that meet you there don’t speak English so would definitely use a translator app. To access the property you genuinely need 4 keys for different doors. The apartment seems to be subdivided with another apartment. So there is only a frosted glass door (front door) and stairs separating you from the other apartment, so was a bit noisy and felt like a lack of privacy. Additionally the shower drainage is really strange, the drain in the shower is literally an electrical outlet! We had a laugh when we saw it. You need to remove a silver plate that blocks the outlet in order for the water to drain otherwise the bathroom floods! And the bathroom door is glass as well as a wall that is glass so you can see into the shower and toilet from most areas in the apartment even when the door is closed, something to be aware of if you want privacy. Quite dark in the apartment even when all lights are on. Ceilings are very low. We were only there two nights so not a huge deal but something I would be upset about if we booked a longer stay.
