Stupendo

The house is right in the heart of the historic center. Ilica Street, with its attractions and shopping, is a 5-minute walk away. We loved the location and the house's old, authentic atmosphere. There was also plenty of space to park our car in the yard. I'd like to thank Ksandro for that.

There was no internet due to maintenance work, but it wasn't a problem as we were informed beforehand. Additionally, we couldn't find dish detergent; owner could have helped us immediately if we'd asked, but we managed to resolve the issue.

Siamo stati dal 19 al 22 dicembre per i Mercatini di Natale. La struttura bella , ottima posizione , si trova nella parte alta della città, ma a meno di un 1km trovo tutte le maggiori attrazioni..

un piccolo consiglio al proprietario il bagno cambierei il mobile da bagno un po rorivato.

1. Kitchen facilities and utensils looked old and unhygienic. 2. Although the decoration looked good at first glance, many of the decorative items felt as if coming straight from the flea market.

L'appartamento è esattamente come appare nelle foto arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. Non abbiamo usato la cucima ma comunque appare carina e attrezzata, bagno finestrato e ampio (manca il bidet). Il letto è comodo. L'appartamento fa parte di un bel palazzo ed è a piano terra. Si entra da un cortile curato. Tutto molto suggestivo. È situato nella parte alta e più antica della città vicino alle attrazioni più note, ai locali e ristoranti e negozzi anche supermarket ma abbastanza distante dalla zona della movida notturna chiassosa. L'host con il quale abbiamo comunicato attraverso mail e telefono è stato super disponibile. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità e prezzo.

Die Lage in der Altstadt ist super. Museen, Geschäfte ,Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöne alte Möbel.

Die Küche bedarf einer Überholung, Backofen und Dunstabzugshaube funktionieren nicht. Die Pfanne ist so leicht, dass sie kaum Kontakt zum Herd hat. Der Fön ist defekt. Die Toilette hat kaum Druck, so dass mehrfach nachgespült werden musste. Die Waschmaschine war nicht richtig angeschlossen und setzte das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Das Bett steht mit der Längsseite an der Wand, dadurch kann einer nur nach vorne aufstehen. Schade, es war vielleicht einmal eine tolle Wohnung, aber jetzt besteht erhöhter Renovierungsbedarf.
