Antonio, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful. Excellent communication all along the stay. Apartment is modern and comfortable, well located. Public transport to reach the city centre is close by. Private parking is also very convenient.

A washing machine for those who stay longer might be helpful.

The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Even without meeting in person, everything went very smoothly. All needed amenities were provided by the owner.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in December! The host was incredibly friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp, making the entire experience hassle-free. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and warm, perfect for the cold winter months. It is also located in a great spot, with easy access to the city center by tram. Plus, private parking is available, which was a huge bonus. I would definitely love to return here again!

The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection, but the host already mentioned that he would work on resolving it. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Having parking next to the accommodation was a bonus in a big city. Two supermarkets within a short walk. Felt like a safe area to walk in after dark. Apartment was lovely, especially all the different teas and 'goodies' in the fridge.

Tony is an excellent host. We asked the evening before if we could bring forward our arrival time by three hours, and after checking with the cleaning service, he gave us the green light. The instructions were given via whatsApp chat, in a clear and detailed way. Upon our arrival, the locker where the keys were kept was out of service, due to an electrical fault. Although Tony was on vacation too, he immediately called us and guided us to the problem solving. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet, equipped with air cooling; in the kitchen there's everything necessary for a stay of several days, like we did. We've been pleasantly surprised to find fresh water, milk and sweets waiting for us in the refrigerator. Excellent price for value.
