Good location, quiet, comfortable , spacious enough Good water pressure and heating

Not luxurious by any definition, needs thorough deep cleaning, some repairs and more professional equipment rather than something hosts didn't use any more in their original home

Good location, comfortable beds

Calling it luxurious was a bit disingenuous. Booked for this reason. Found towels tumbling in the dryer on arrival, dirty dishes in the dish washer, 1 toilet roll for a family of 5 for 2 nights. Owner was very concerned that we make sure not to forget the 10€ for our 12 hours of overnight parking in his empty spot though. Good to see attention to detail for the important things to maintain the luxury of this apartment.
