Velmi blízko autobusového nádraží. Též blízko zastávky tramvaje a obchodu s potravinami. Velmi vstřícný pan majitel. Bezproblémová komunikace. Dobře vybavený kuchyňský kout.

Menší koupelna. V noci slyšet provoz tramvají.

Nossa experiência no apartamento foi muito positiva! O apartamento é muito arrumado e limpo, com duas camas de solteiro bem confortáveis. O espaço do apartamento é ótimo e a cozinha super bem equipada. Banheiro muito limpo e com excelente chuveiro. Anfitrião disponível e comunicação muito fácil. Recomendo fortemente para quem busca um local perto do terminal de onibus. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!

A localização é muito conveniente para quem busca ficar proximo da estação de ônibus, mas é um pouco afastada do centro da cidade (parte turística).
