Restructured apartment all Is new, very nice. Optimal location near the train station with tram to go in the city center, in any case reachable in 15 minutes by walk

Location was perfect. 5 mins to the central station, 10 mins to the Jelačića square. We stayed from a Saturday evening to Monday morning in mid-July, the area was very quiet throughout. The building exterior and the hallways to the apartment is dated, but once you enter, it is completely renewed and modern, you can't ask for more. We loved the room the second we stepped in. Host was very helpful in providing practical advice of the neighborhood, and recommending great restaurants.

Hotel-like keyfobs needed to operate washing machine (and A/C), so in order to use it you need to have the keys in the room. Means you won't be able to have the washing machine do its job while you are out go out for a quick bite. Very minor, though.
