The perfect location near the lake for the inmusic festival we attended for 3 days. It very cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner was very good at replying and responding straight away.

There was nothing we didn't like, the only downside was there were no hot water to have a shower for the 3 days we were there but with no fault of their own it was controlled by the city and out of the owners control.

Fantastic for our one night stay, was exceedingly clean and neat with plenty of space to relax besides sleeping. It was easy to communicate with the host regarding arrival.

-located on ground floor the appartment is very dark -electric bulbs give very low light - fridge was not on when we arrived. we had to start it even though we had booked for a week .Fridge is noisy- no washer for laundry -12 hours necessary to get the wifii password- one cannot fill a bottle of water in any of the faucets as the bottom of the faucet (where the water comes out) is too close to the bottom of the sink/washbasin -electric switch for bathroom pops out from its lodgement (dangerous) - Would be good that the owner of the place visits it from time to time and invests a minimum which he/she obviously does not do -double bed is rather small (140 cm) - no bicycles contrarily to what was posted on the announcement

Definitely an eco-accomodation as , even though it is ground floor and very dark , the electric bulbs provide only very low light. Excellent for eco footprint !

it was close to the tennis courts where my son had to practice every day.

The owner could not speak or understand English. The Wi-Fi was not in working order the first day.
