Pozicija apartman je odmah preku puta Arene i Arena centra. Vlasnik je vrlo gostoljubiv i komunikacija je bila odlična. Apartman je vrlo čist i funkcionalan. Najveća pogornost je besplatno parkiranje u podzemnoj garaži iz koje vodi lift.

Odličan apartman na izvrsnoj lokaciji! Arena Zagreb i Arena Centar nalaze se na svega nekoliko koraka hoda što je idealno za koncerte, događanja ili shopping. Stan je moderno uređen, vrlo čist i odlično opremljen – ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak. Poseban plus je privatno garažno parkirno mjesto, što je velika prednost ako dolazite automobilom. Ulazak u apartman organiziran je putem šifri, jednostavno i praktično, a vlasnik je izuzetno susretljiv, ljubazan i uvijek dostupan za sva pitanja ili pomoć. Lokacija je odlična i za istraživanje Zagreba jer se automobilom brzo stiže do svih važnijih dijelova grada. Sve u svemu, boravak je bio iznad očekivanja i apartman bih bez razmišljanja preporučila svima.
