The checkout time is too early

the apt was big

we have entered the apt and notice one bed was not made(we change the sheets and made the bed), towels were in the floor and used, and the bins with a lot of trash, the kitchen was dirty with bread crumbs and the dishwasher as well. We also had to wash many glasses, plates, and in general the kitchen utensils, since they had never been properly cleaned and were stained. The poorly washed glasses and plates, the kettle, the refrigerator, and the smell in the kitchen (possibly from garbage and rancid odors, worsened by the lack of ventilation in that area) gave us a bit of disgust. Therefore, we had to do some cleaning in order to use that space, especially the kitchen.

Grand appartement très bien équipé à proximité du tram et à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du plein centre et de la gare. Très calme : donne sur une cour intérieure.

Abbastanza vicino al centro , servizi ottimi, caldo a più che sufficienza, perfino presente il bidet, armadi con attaccapanni in quantità, tanti asciugamani disponibili, comodo divano in cucina, insomma ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La mancanza della TV, per la prima volta, non mi ero accorto prenotando, ma ne abbiamo fatto a meno tranquillamente, e un po' di scale fino al quinto piano

- very big apartment for its price - I very much enjoyed the laundry and the drying machines - close to a tram stop but please know that it will take around 11/15 minutes by tram and 25 minutes walking to get to the main square - main bedroom can be warm thanks to the AC that can be use as heater

- Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness. The toilet had visible stains outside the bowl and under the seat, and I had to clean it myself. The floor was also dirty, which made me question the overall standard of hygiene. - I didn’t appreciate that it was not mentioned clearly that the apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator. While this was not an issue for me on this occasion, it would have been a problem a few months ago after a surgery, and I would not have chosen the apartment. Even the check-in instructions refer to “the last floor” rather than specifying the fourth floor. It would be helpful to make this clearer, especially for guests with mobility issues.

Objekt je u samoj blizini centra, uredan je i osoblje je jako pristupačno.
