Номери потребують ремонтного оновлення-плісняви у ванній і взагалі ванна це незручно у всіх сенсах використання в готелі , пошарпані стіни, рушники трошки воняють сирістю...все дуже заюзане(((

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und recht komfortabel. Die Betten waren hervorragend zum Schlafen, und das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt.“

„Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war, dass die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen, als ich zur Reservierung kam, mir vor der Buchung über Booking.com einen deutlich höheren Preis für die Übernachtung genannt haben als den Preis, der auf Booking.com angeboten wurde. Außerdem wirkten sie unorganisiert, waren sehr langsam und schienen ihre Arbeit nicht professionell zu beherrschen. Der Service entsprach nicht dem, was man erwarten würde. Das war eigentlich der einzige negative Punkt meines Aufenthalts.“

Breakfast was good. The staff did their best.

The room key card was faulty. You have to press the card and find the appropriate angle. They asked for an extra 20 euros to park our motorcycle. The inside of the bulding looks like an apartment. It doesn't give you a 4 star feel.
