Apartman "Britanac"

L’appartamento di Bobby è in pieno centro. Si tratta di un piccolo locale dotato di ogni comfort e servizi, semplicemente una gemma nel cuore di Zagabria. Il proprietario è un ragazzo fantastico: ha lasciato in dotazione in stanza bevande per rinfrescarci, e depliant nella nostra lingua per un accesso facilitato alla città. Ci ha inoltre dato consigli sui parcheggi e sulla nightlife del centro. Zagabria è una città meravigliosa, e se soggiornerete da Bobby renderete il vostro viaggio ancora più indimenticabile. Speriamo che Bobby si ricordi di noi ascoltando Rolando Bruno 😊

Robert je fenomenalan domaćin, osjećaj je kao da dolazite u goste prijatelju. Komunikativan i drag čovjek. Smještaj je odličan, super lokacija i jednostavna prijava.

Super friendly host. Lovely location - situated in a nice square, very central yet calm and peaceful. Great if you want to spend a night or two in Zagreb.

Bathroom was small and could do with a small refurbishment.

Easily accessible location in the heart of the city. The host is super kind and very considerate! The cutest apartment ever, there is literally everything you need just like at home. Very clean, actually spotless and well decorated. Bed is very comfy. It couldn't be better.

Bobby, the host was an awesome guy with a great personality. Generous beyond expectation on a last-minute booking. Allowed me and my traveling buddy to extend our stay as we found Zagreb to be very welcoming with his demeanor and knowledge of the city.

No complaints really, however if you're a traveler more keen on reading reviews rather than looking at images of the listing, you should know the bathroom is fairly small with not too much headroom above the toilet, as the washroom is located below the neighbors stairwell.

The central location. Very friendly host.

1. Misleading parking information: The listing stated that parking was available, which was a key criterion in our selection. However, after we made the reservation, the host informed us that only public paid parking was available, which is not what we were led to expect. 2. Poor room conditions: The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and pets, making it very unpleasant to stay in. 3. No hot water: Although there was a boiler, no matter how we adjusted the settings, the water remained cold. 4. Unhygienic bathroom: We found spiders and visible mold in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. 5. Noise issues: The room is located at street level with no sound insulation. We could hear every conversation outside, which made it impossible to rest. We’re trying to file a formal complaint but the customer service system is not compliant.
