The location most of all

Huge space, very well equpped, fast internet

One have to acvept the age of the building and apartment, however for us elderly people the absence of elevator caused some problem when getting in and out with our luggage.

Great location, center city, 10-15 mins walking to attractions. Great apartment with antique furniture, very beautiful and special. We enjoyed our time staying in Zagreb

Major problems were broken Shower door and stuck toilet flush. Shower door fell on my toes and caused injury. Minor issues are the sofa bed (which isn't easy to make), lack of bedding for the sofa bed, lack of sheets/comforters/towels for all the booked people (host probably thinks kids don't need comforter or towels!), super loud road noise even if the windows are shut, excessive creaking floor, too small toilet, hot water not consistent (suddenly runs cold), no locks for either toilet or bathroom, not all heater vents work, rooms either becomes very hot or very cold, thermostat noise in dining area, building stairs area was super sketchy with broken down walls, etc. Booking.com lists it as 5+1 but host claims it is a 4+2 property. To top it all off, if the major problems are reported to the host, the host will always refer to the good reviews from other customers (instead of addressing the real issues), albeit being helpful with general queries about parking and finding the missing towels/sheets. If you continue to stress the problems, the host quickly gets aggressive with threats and block receiving your calls/messages. Side note: Remember to promptly send the e-visitor data to the host, otherwise the host would escalate without any warning or reminder. Or maybe the escalation happened because I pointed out the issues in the property.

Inside is a little bit dated, but nothing else to complain about, was a really good base to spend some time in the city

Tačne i precizne upute prije dolaska. Vrlo ljubazni domaćini. Prostran stan sa svim što je potrebno i za duži boravak. Vrlo uredno. Blizu centra i blizu tramvajskih linija. Ako ste autom uvijek možete naći parking u blizini.
