Gute Lage, sauber und gute Ausstattung der Küche

Seltsamer Geruch der auch durch Lüften nicht verfliegt, Schiebetür des Bades hakt bzw schließt nicht richtig, Dusche eine Katastrophe, entweder Eiskalt oder wirklich fast kochend heiß, außerdem Badvorhang klebt am Körper beim duschen. Wenn man die Dusche/Bad aber ausklammert solide Wohnung
