"Deluxe è un'altra cosa"

Posizione, parcheggio, check in, ampiezza degli ambienti: Ottimi. Materasso confertevole.

Insonorizzazione della camera da letto insufficiente, pulizia approssimativa, dettagli e rifiniture non da un appartamento deluxe (parquet scollato, contatori vari a vista) Scomodi i due bagni separati: entrambi senza aerazione (uno in particolare ha una caldaia a gas che sarà sicuramente a norma ma non lascia un senso di sicurezza). Tapparella rotta nella stanza da letto.
