"Die Lage ist Top, das war’s aber auch…."

Die Lage ist super….das Parkhaus mit direktem Aufzug bis in die obere Etagen ist perfekt.

1. Keine 4 Sterne eher 3 Sterne Wertung, dementsprechend auch den Preis nicht wert. 2. Leider viel zu schmutzig das ganze Apartment, siehe Bilder. Das geht gar nicht!!! Mal dem Reinigungspersonal zeigen falls es welchen gibt. Ob unter der Couch, hinter der Couch, das Badezimmer, hinter der Tür im Badezimmer darf auch geputzt werden. Küche….Kühlschrank, Abzugshaube 😳 die Schränke, Terrasse draußen kompletter Boden klebrig. Wenn mein Personal so Arbeiten würde, wäre es nicht mein Personal. 3. Leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen das ganze Objekt bzw. es ist nicht mal so alt aber leider viel zu vernachlässigt. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartments sieht sehr mitgenommen aus. Sieht auf den Bilder viel schöner und edler aus, ist es aber leider nicht!!! 4. Alter kalter Zigarettenrauch im ganzen Apartment obwohl eigentlich drinnen nicht geraucht werden soll. Hat mich als Raucher extrem gestört!!

Gute Lage, nahe an Autobahn für Zwischenstopps und auch nicht zu weit von der Stadt für längeren Aufenthalt. Sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

Einige Möbel weisen starke Abnutzungen auf/sehen verbraucht aus.
