The location was convenient and had a number of little restaurants and cafes nearby as well as a grocery store. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The private garage was a bonus. The apartment was spacious, modern, well-furnished and very clean. Two bathrooms were a wonderful treat with 4 people. It was nice to overlook the park. Beds were comfy and the instructions to access the apartment were clear and very written. A washing machine is helpful and access to an elevator was great. We loved it so much we asked to extend our stay but it was already booked.

I waited to write this until we'd traveled all over Croatia. I wanted to be able to have a fair comparison to other rental properties in the country. As others have noted, the area seemed a little dicey when we arrived but ended up feeling safe. We had no interaction whatsoever with the property manager. The plus: the apartment is large and clean. Unfortunately, there are very few basic amenities. We desperately needed a coffee pot, which seems to be standard everywhere else in Croatia, and could have used a few more blankets. Also, this property is pretty far from downtown Zagreb. We ended up Ubering everwhere.

A peaceful retreat with every convenience, and an incredible host! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at this property was brilliant from start to finish. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished, you can tell everything has been prepared with care. Conveniently located near Supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants, and the beach 🏖️ everything you need is right at your fingertips. I can’t speak highly enough about Armando, the host. He’s a genuinely kind, authentic, and attentive person who made me feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality truly added a personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay with excellent amenities and a host who genuinely cares! Thank you Armando 🤗

It is on a good location. It is spacious.

It’s not that we didn’t like but just couldn’t use parking garage ‘cause our car is a bit bigger and longer. But it’s ok for smaller cars.
