Struttura non nuova, camere piccolissime, manutenzione generale da rivedere.

Location was great, communication with Lea - fast and reliable, she answered all my questions. The place was sparkling clean and nice; good wi-fi and the parking spot in this area was really a blessing. 3 separate bedrooms and a nice living room on the main floor (so there was no need to climb stairs). There was coffee machine for americano also other amenities, all as described. Thank you, Lea, I will recommend your place.

The mattress wasn't good for me, the pillow very high, so I couldn't sleep well. Actually, only one of the bathrooms had a shower, the second one is just a wc, which was a surprise for me. We were 3 colleagues on a business trip so it wasn't very convenient for us, but at the end - we stayed there one night so we managed.

Die Beschreibung zum Schlüsselsafe und für die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz war sehr gut. Dass die drei Schlafzimmer separat sind und nicht der Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Schlafsofa genutzt wird, macht es viel einfacher, wenn nicht alle zur gleichen Zeit schlafen gehen wollen.

Leider schließt die Türe nur, wenn man absperrt. Offenbar ist das Türschloss so konstruiert, dass es nicht zuschnappt. Das hat zwar den Vorteil, dass man den Schlüssel nicht versehentlich in der Wohnung einschließen kann, aber es verhindert auch, dass die Gäste (3 Paare zu je 2 Personen) zu verschiedenen Zeiten heimkommen. Sonst könnten die ersten den Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegen, die Türe schließen, und die nächsten hätten den Schlüssel zum Aufsperren. Wenn man allerdings nicht getrennt unterwegs ist, ist das nicht so schlimm. Das Problem könnte auch mit einem zweiten Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox gelöst werden.

Easy to get to, nice to have a parking spot for the car in the parking lot. We were a pretty big group traveling together, but we were able to accommodate successfully.
