The walls are maybe very thin so we could listen the other rooms, but nothing major

Everything was exceptional!! The apartment really spacious, ideally furnished, very clean and full of light. It is right in the center of everything...the main square, the cafes and restaurants, the sights...you literally have everything at your feet. Nenad, the host, was really helpful from the very beginning, swift in responding and even helped us with booking our transfer from the airport. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended !!

Cozy, nice designed, and neat room. It is in an old building but inside looks new and have the lift. Located in a central of Zagreb (you may hear the noise at night from the young people gathering but it is in the center with many shops and restaurants so cannot preventable 100%). Easy communication with the owner for every aspect. Have place to keep your luggages after checkout. 5 mins walking to the bus/tram stations. Several shops/restaurants/markets around, of course many places to visit within walking distance.

The property was well decorated and in a great central location within easy reach of many shops and restaurants. I felt safe staying here as a female solo traveller. The building entrance and elevator was old but that is expected in the centre of town; the inside of the apartment and hallway to the door were all very modern and refurbished. The apartment has two separate guest stay spaces with a shared hallway. I stayed in the double room without kitchen facilities. The room had lots of natural light. There was an elevator/lift which made it easy to take luggage up and down. The morning check out was handled by the cleaner who showed me where to keep my luggage in a side room which I could pick up later before my flight. She took my room key card but I was given a key for the luggage room so I could return later. The entry to the building and the apartments is via a code which is provided before the stay. The host Nenad was generally good with communication and polite. He spoke excellent English which was convenient for me. When I texted him to say I had misplaced my room key card somewhere in my room and had left for the day, despite initially saying it would cost me €10 for a replacement, he arranged for the cleaner to find the key card in my room and leave it outside the room for me to collect in the evening for free (it had actually been in the key slot inside the room - my error).

The road outside is pedestrianised so the taxi dropped me off a few minutes away and I walked the rest of the way to the building with my luggage. The apartment is very centrally located near restaurants and bars so it was noisy until after midnight. The sound is somewhat muffled by the thick windows but not completely. When I arrived I thought the air conditioning was broken and asked for it to be fixed. The host said it was out of order as the temperature was not high and he said it was a cosy 23 degrees inside the apartment. I asked for this to be fixed as the temperature was forecast to be 28 degrees the next day in Zagreb. He came over within an hour to fix a blind that was also quite temperamental if not pulled correctly and he brought the air conditioning remote control with him which was the reason it had not functioned. Perhaps the remote control is only provided above a certain temperature (I don't know what this temperature is) but usually when an apartment is advertised as having air conditioning it is up to the occupant whether they want it switched on and the remote control is provided from the start.

Perfectly located close walking distance to all the cafes, tourist locations, and souvenir shops. Beautiful clean, really good sized apartment. Elevator for ease of transfer, parking available offsite within a short walk of the apartment through beautiful buildings and special interest shops. Highly recommend this apartment, couldn't fault it for location or communication from the host.

Everything was super.... A very clean accommodation in an ideal location. Even the lack of parking was not a problem... There is private parking within 5 minutes walking distance... Everything was literally under our feet.

The apartment was really spacious and full of day light. There was the right amount and type of furniture, so everything I needed and a bit more, but not too much, and all functional and clean. In case of bad weather I would have happily stayed "at home". There were window shutters so one could sleep in the dark, and the evening party noise from the nearby streets was reduced to a minimum. I slept much better here than in a Zagreb business hotel previously. The communication with Nenad was easy, friendly, swiftly and helpful - a great host! It was very good to be right in the city center, with coffee, fresh fruits, vegetables and cheese around the corner at the daily farmers market, and most Zagreb sights in walking distance.

For me, there is nothing to complain about. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that the bathroom is probably not made for big people?
