Odličan apartman, predivno uređen, čist, prostran, odličnog rasporeda soba, kuhinje, dnevnog boravka. Lokacija izvrsna, u zoni tramvaja, blizu autobusom kolodvora ali sa pogledom na mirni park. Domacin pristupacan, nenametljiv i ljubazan. Odlično!

V stanovanje smo lahko prišli 1 uro prej. Navodila za vstop so jasna. Stanovanje je veliko čisto in prostorno .

Ponoči je dokaj glasno , ni microvalovne pečice, ni manjših skidelic za zajtrk, manjkajo osnovne začimbe , poper sol kis olje kava...itd. Stanonje potrebuje manjše kozmetične popravke kot so kljuke na vratih , kotliček v wc , omarica pod umivalnikom. Okna slabo tesnijo hrup iz okilice.
