Rakuscha Apartment

This is a lovely apartment located in a quite residential area close to Britanski Trg and Ilica with trams nearby The apartment is well furnished : there is eveything you would need for your stay (cutlery, pans, pots, washing machine, dishwasher, a good heating system, international channels on TV, stable wifi signal). It was a pleasure to walk in and feel its warmth given the owner left the heating on for my arrival Diana was an impressive host, she provided me directions prior to my trip and allowed a later check-out at no additional costs. I could suggest to state more clearly in the instructions that is required to go two level downs once entering the building to find the right apartment : I struggled with that although Diana promptly helped me so at the end it worked out well

The apartment is great, big enough for 4 people, really well equipped, the only thing we missed (usually we all bring with us, but forgot this time) were slippers but luckily a friend found one pair of unpacked slippers, so they offer even slippers for their guests <3 The host is nice, friendly and the location is supergreat as it's basically in the city center but it's in a very quiet street.

The floor is very cold, just don't forget to bring your slippers if you're uncool with wearing your shoes inside - just in case there are no enough slippers in the apartment :)

The apartment is very spacious. We spent our time in the living room/kitchen/dining areas that have all the comforts necessary. The bedroom is not huge but comfortable. The bathroom is large and has all the necessities. The location is nice, very quiet residential. 2 minutes on your way to the center is the square with small farmers market and cafe which is handy. We walked everywhere or took short Uber rides.

If I can be picky - the yard that looks inviting in the pictures... it's not at the moment. Empty boxes stacked, etc. There are construction projects on the street so it may be possibly a runoff.

Very cozy apartment, new , clean and stylish. Good location.

Location was great - close to tram stop, corner store, food neighbourhood for going for walks - super quiet, great hot water and water pressure.

Everything about the apartment was good - maybe some basics for cooking (pepper, spices) - one of the kitchen stools was tippy (maybe needed some repair?).

The apartment was beautifully presented, very clean and well equipped. Light and airy with small private garden. Very quiet and near a tram stop or it's just a quick stroll into Zagreb. The host was very attentive and answered all questions quickly. Self check in/out was really useful, just dont be put off by the outside of the apartment block.
