The location was really good

The smell of the apartment The lighting conditions, the smell of the apartment and the mold on the walls were not particularly pleasant.

Conveniently located, nearby paid parking, easy check in and check out.

The air conditioning isn't working and the person managing the property isnt helpful.. We stayed here twice, once on arrival and then again for a night during departure from croatia. When we arrived, the door key wasn't working, so we contacted the property manager. He wasn't very helpful except saying that others hadn't encountered the issue. That is not the response you want to hear when the key isn't working after 3 long delayed flights and 24 hours of traveling. The person just kept saying that we might have used the wrong key. I had to record and send a video and the property manager said he is out of town and cant come over to help us. Which was ok. I asked him for a video call and he didn't accommodate that either. There was another entrance to apartment which we figured on our own that we should have been told about. The key worked on the other entrance so we were finally able to get in. We barely slept since it was too hot and the ac didn't work. The property manager later apologized and said that the owner is sorry for the inconvenience and would offer the apartment for free the next time we were there. When I told them that I am staying in the apartment during our departure, they didn't offer to make it free. I wasn't interested either since I was thinking of canceling anyway because of inconvenience. However, I forgot to change it and had to stay again on departure. During next visit, we asked for a fan since ac wasn't working. We were told that the "other visitors" said they were ok. So, every time we asked for something, we were told "we didn't hear this from other" visitors in the response. That was used to decline any help we asked for. We have no intention or inclination to make false comments. That is not what we are here for. Some co operation would have been nice.

Clever use of space, "natural" and very interesting decoration by the original building, very comfortable overall. Comfy beds and all the necessary facilities. Located near all interesting sites - the location is just excellent. Highly recommended for a stay in Zagreb, I would definitely return!

Location and the street that the apartment is located in, is excellent, everything is near, everything is beautiful.

The apartment has a big problem with humidity, my suggestion for the host is to resolve the problem as fast as he can. I directly have a problem with allergies and astma and it gave my a hard time to be honest.

Only the location of the property is good

When enter the property there is a really bad smell of Mold. Even inside the rooms the owner of the property has putted Mold fan to clean the air but the air is still heavy and bad. And I immediately leave the property and didn’t sleep there.
